A DETAILED DIET

Although we at Ciccone Pharma mainly focus on the pharmaceutical additions to an already healthy life style we felt compelled to include at least one healthy diet and one training program. There are thousands of good diets and programs out there and these are only two to mention. If we have more requests we will add more diets and training programs.

If you are not training and eating correctly do not even bother using Ciccone Pharma products. It only works in conjunction with a healthy life style.
Example of a Detailed Diet:
Wake up 6am

First Meal – 7am
125grams raw oats – sweetener – cinnamon (66 grams carbs and 16 grams protein)
Whey Protein 2 scoops with water  (50 grams protein)

Second Meal 10 am (pre pack tray)
75 grams biltong – ostrich/kudu/rooibok (37.5 protein)
100grams Cashew Nuts (16grams protein, 30,16 carbs) /
Change to Almonds for more fat burning (21 grams protein, 20 grams carbs)

Third Meal 12 pm lunchtime (pre pack tray)
1 x Chicken Breast (140gram breast cooked) (42 grams protein) Woolworths (alternate roast with smoked with strips)
1 medium size Sweet potato (150grams) turned in microwave or grilled in oven in foil (30 grams)

Fourth Meal 2 pm (pre pack tray)
1 x Chicken Breast (140gram breast cooked) (42 grams protein) Woolworths (alternate roast with smoked with strips)
Pine Apple four slices round (100grams) (12 grams carbs)
 
Fifth Meal 4pm (pre pack tray)
75 grams biltong – ostrich/kudu/rooibok (37.5 protein)
100grams Cashew Nuts (16grams protein, 30,16 carbs) /
Change to Almonds for more fat burning (21 grams protein, 20 grams carbs)

TRAINING AT 5 pm to 6.30 pm

IMPORTANT – Within a hour Post Workout Protein and Carbohydrate
Whey Protein 2 scoops (50 grams protein) + (30 grams of carbohydrates) in the form of potato starch carbs (Vitargo is also regarded as a great barley carb and can be used)

Sixth Meal 9.30pm
Fillet Steak 200 grams (44 grams protein) or 200 grams (50grams protein) Tuna NO CARBS

IMPORTANT – 3 to 5 liter water per day
Coffee with sweetener no milk

Total Protein intake is 366 grams protein
Total Carbohydrate intake is 198 carbohydrates
